My name is Arsha Khamenehi, and as of January 2026, I’ve taken over ownership of our family dealership here in Tacoma. While the ownership may be new, the foundation is not. Our dealership has been family-owned since 1998, built on long-term relationships, honesty, and the belief that how you treat people matters just as much as the cars you sell.

I grew up in this business. I’ve seen every side of it — the good, the bad, and the shortcuts that too often give car dealerships a bad reputation. Those experiences, combined with my formal automotive education and years spent building everything from everyday vehicles to race cars, shaped how I approach this business today.

I don’t look at cars as just inventory. I look at them as machines people rely on every day — to get to work, take care of family, and live their lives. Because of that, I hold every vehicle we sell to a standard I’m personally comfortable standing behind.

A Personal Philosophy

My philosophy is simple: I won’t sell a car that I wouldn’t drive myself.

That mindset influences every decision — from what we buy, to how we inspect it, to how transparent we are about condition, history, and expectations. I believe customers deserve straight answers, clear communication, and no pressure.

We intentionally operate as a smaller dealership. That allows us to pay closer attention to detail, avoid volume-driven shortcuts, and focus on doing things the right way rather than the fast way.

Certified Vehicles & Higher Standards

As part of this new chapter, we’ve introduced a Certified Vehicle program that includes a 6-month warranty on qualifying vehicles. This program reflects the confidence we have in the cars that meet our highest criteria.

At the same time, it’s important to be clear: certification is not the only measure of quality. Vehicles that do not qualify for the certified program are still inspected and addressed with the same higher standard. The process doesn’t change — only the eligibility for the warranty does.

There are no “tiers” of care here. Every vehicle represents our name, and that responsibility is something I take seriously.

Taking over ownership isn’t about changing what works — it’s about refining it. The values that built this dealership remain unchanged, but the expectations moving forward are higher.
